Children should be laughing and playing, but for some their laughter has turned into sadness, pain and tears; their lives filled with doctors and hospitals. If you have ever known such a child, you know what inspires The Wishing Well to make every effort to bring a smile back to those faces while providing a memorable experience for the child and his/her family.
The Wishing Well program considers children ages 3 through 18 living in the Texoma area of southern Oklahoma and northern Texas facing life-threatening or catastrophic illnesses. From the first wish in 1986, we have granted over 100 wishes thus far. The Wishing Well is a not-for profit organization that depends solely on contributions from the community.
